  • this is probably the wrong forum to post this on, but you are all TTC for a long time so you probably know what it was/is like...

... but, how long after a MC do you think we should wait before we jump back on the TTC bandwagon?

    :(

Really sorry to hear that. Depends how you both feel I suppose. I had an early miscarriage a few years ago, and fell on straight after with my daughter. Apparently, I may be wrong, but you are highly fertile following any pregnancy. Good luck and take care x :A

I waited 3 months but only because of work commitments.
If I didn't have that stupid work, I'd have ttc straight away:o (Was told not to BD for 2 weeks after the D&C, so after that obviously).

The doctors will have difficult time dating you if you do that and get pg though.

Do what you both feel is right. Everyone's different (((hugs if you are going through mc))).

    Hi WW2B,

I had a miscarriage over the weekend and the doctor advised me to allow one cycle from now to allow by body to recover. We are going to start trying again straight after my next period. I know quite a few people who have concieved a healthy baby really soon after having a miscarriage. Hope and your OH are doing OK? x

We are about to go through a mc, the hospital have said that our bean won't be sticking around much longer...

... I'm just trying to get my head round things. D&C is on the cards in the next two weeks...

I'm ok, I think, my wife's not quite as emotionally stable (we'll put it like that, shall we? :))... Hugs to you both, I know this mc stuff isn't much fun... (as I am learning)!

As for the mc, we have to wait for a mc to happen, or the D&C... til then, no BD/DTD for us... So no hope of any BFP for a while yet...

Give your wife time to recover, and see how she feels.

Mine was a missed miscarriage too.
I felt a lot better after D&C as it was just too sad to have the baby inside me:(
