I almost bought a CBFM the other day, but it went over my £40 limit on ebay. I looked into the sellers feedback and they only paid £40 for it on ebay themselves.

Ah well, next month maybe

Masters direct have it for £61 currently.. someone tell me OPKs are good enough and to put my credit card away!

CD1 was 14th June and that was the first day I started on the CBFM and started temping. My chart is at home so can't rememebr things off the top of my head.
CD9 it started to ask me to POAS and I (think) i got my first HIGH on CD12, then PEAK on CD22 and CD23 (6th July). We BD'd on both days in the morning. (remember OH has been diagnosied with a low sperm count).

AF was due on the 15th July and I started spotting on the 13th, sore boobs started a few days after then started to feel sick from this monday so went to docs on tues. Took a hpk on 18th July and it was a BFN.

Been TTC since feb 09, went to see the doc in May who has said my progesterone levels were low and with OH's low morphology he has referred us to the fertility clinic (oops!).

Decided we'd get the CBFM and use it til our appointment in sept and lo and behold............

I was only taking a 10mg vit b so I don;t reckon it affected me at all, then I thought the fact that I haven't had a proper AF and have still been spotting was because ofthe vit b (how wrong am i?)

Ladies, before we get too giddy, the doc asked me if I was still spotting, which I am, and he said he isn't happy about me going on holiday on sunday without getting checked out so I'm heading to a+e straight from work.....sure everything will be ok though......xx

OPKs are just as good:) Used both this cycle, and OPK and CBFM agreed. It's just that CBFM will give you earlier warning since it detects estrogen.

In my case:

CD11 Low
CD12 Low
CD13 High
CD14 High +OPK at 23:45
CD15 Peak
CD16 Peak

Not much different.
CBFM is a lot easier to use, as my OPKs were PIAC.

dustystar02, you BD on both Peaks:o We couldn't on either days since DH got anxious and couldn't produce the goods:(

The spotting on the 13th would be 7DPO so perfect for implantation:)
Good luck at A&E! Remember to relax when they do the transvaginal scan. It's just a stick covered with condo m and gel:p
