Yes it's a BFP. Can you believe it? First month of using CBFM too.

Sorry ladies but I obviously had to ring OH first, he was on the bus to work and really trying to restrain himself...ha ha.

I am on month 2 of using my CBFM and last month it asked me to POAS from day 9 and had lows (POAS 20 times!) highs then AF!!:mad: Same so far this month, day 9 was 1st day i POAS, think im on day 11 now and low, just worry its going to be the same with no peak!:(

Vit B complex 50mg (lowered the dosage after all this talk of spotting...):o
