Hi all, please can I join you. New to all this so will be a while before I get my head round most of the abbreviations.

I came off Cerazette halfway through our honeymoon late last month full of hope, but now reality has sunk in and I realise it could take many, many months for my body to get back 'to normal' (We're not that young and I should have come off years ago but didn't even think). Have been bd'ing anyway but now OH is working away again I'm feeling down. Anyway, thought I better get started on this thread so I can know what to expect over the months to follow!

I guess there's nothing to count until I meet AF for the first time in years? Are there any fertility tests worth doing? I'm worried far too many years on the darn pill has been a bad thing :(

Good luck to you all, C xx

    Fingers crossed ddebski_us:)

madbird, get your PMA back cycle buddy!

Welcome Skint-Catt:wave: Congratulations on your marriage:)
I suppose you could try OPKs (ovulation predictor kits)?

Also you could get BBT thermometer and start taking temps in the morning and chart at https://www.fertilityfriend.com ?

Good luck, and I hope your stay is short here, and move on to the pregnancy thread soon:)

Doglover, did you drink too much?:D Either that or you got your surge already:j

Welcome catt. Try not to stress too much there are lots of us who have been on contraception for donkeys years.

QQ I did drink during the eve so maybe it's that? I'll try and keep drinkless for hours and test again later. I'll report back on wee-gate later! If I have had my surge that'll be quite early and v quick!

Wednesday - half way through the working week, yay! I hope everyone has a good day xxx
