Also, i thought it was hpT, as in home pregnancy TEST. And opk is ovulation predictor kit because they usually come in a kit.
Anyway, interesting fact i discovered earlier whilst stealing Lilys carrot sticks.
On the back of the pack it says that if you are pregnant or ttc then not to eat the carrot sticks due to high Vit A content!
100g provides 169%rda for Vit A.
U-o I ate 2 carrot sticks today!! eBay sounds the best place bargain wise for preg tests, thanks EA.
Hi MV, nice to hear from you. Saw your scan - totally amazing and perfect clarity. I'm totally chuffed for you and have been following your progress. Look after yourself and you lickle bean!
My test date isn't till next thurs so it's a while yet. Hoping to join you in the not too distant future.
Hugs everyone, gonna sign off for the night but will catch up again tomoz. Xxx0 -
I have read back honest but I have end of term nothingness going on
Ive not poas this month as ive not dtd this cycle at all - (oh lives London I live Liverpool and we both been so busy since half term :O)
So AF still isnt here so looks like shes going to ruin my babymaking plans til August
So for time being Ill have to be living through your lots BFPsLove is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together0 -
I just wanted to introduce myself. I am Lisa, aged 33 from Leeds in the United kingdom, i have a husband John and we are very proud parents to our son Roman who will be 4 on the 10th August.
We have been trying for a few months now to concieve number 2. Using the natural time that you would concieve without much luck. After this months try i am going on to the ovulation sticks.
Hoping we will get a sticky baby by his month.
Its taken us ages to decide that number 2 is what we want but now its all i think about.
Our problem is that we travelled alot to third world countries and i felt bad doing that with another child even though our first son has thrived and learnt so much from our travel and experiences.
Fibgers crossed for me and all the girls hoping to get the result they want.
If you wanna chat or have similar ideas then drop me a line.
Baby dust to all that are trying, it can be a long lonely road. Im here if you want a friend to go through it with you
Im not bothered where you are in the world, im based in Leeds, England. But people going through the same would be welcome.
One little secret, i would love a girl, even though i have my boy and i would not swap him for the world..... I would love a daughter x0 -
Welcome Lisa. I'm 33 too but no kids already. Would love a girl but any will do!
I am giving up on AF. I'll be 14 dpo tomorrow. AF still not flowing. TMI but blood tinged mucus (like after you've dtd and I haven't). My body is well and truly messed up and I'm putting it down to vit b6. I think I'd rather risk the short LP than be clueless like I am.
Can anyone advise if I'm taking the wrong thing? - http://www.auravita.com/product/Vitamin-B6-100mg.FSCA10961.html is what i have been taking along with the pregnacare conception.
Will do another test tomorrow and re-evaluate things.

Hi everyone and welcome lisa. Fanta sorry you've still got a proper AF, perhaps you're right about dropping the vit or perhaps reducing it? Did the doc suggest it? Maybe spk to your gp and see what they reckon.
I think I jinxed myself cos I've woken up with my normal pre AF bloating and cramps and I also get more greedy/hungry too which has kicked in. Boo. Wonder if this means the witch will arrive later or just that I'll be getting these symps for less time before Af. Hey ho, I never really expected it to be this month. We'll just wait and see if she turns up mid week.
Any news gfh and ea?
