    Hi everyone :)

May I join? We only started trying last month but I'm super impatient :D

I've been reading up that its a good idea to limit your caffine and alchol intake. Has anyone managed to cut down on their caffine? I'm addicted :o

I have! I drink Rooibos tea now.
It can be hard when out though, so have had an occasional tea;)

Welcome SmlSave. Hope your stay here is short and sweet! :)

I didn't cut down on anything before having DS, but as we weren't trying and didn't think we could have kids, I didn't need to. Saying that, when I found out I was pg, I cut out everything I was supposed to immediately.
I switched to decaf teabags and coffee, and I never switched back, I now prefer it, it tastes cleaner somehow. Perhaps you could mix it up a bit, have one decaf for every caffeine coffee/tea and cut back that way?
It doesn't hurt to be optimistic....you can always cry later.

I switched over to organic caffeine free coffee and tea about three or four months ago now. I have noticed that I sleep better, feel better and am less sluggish since I stopped having normal stuff. I've also started drinking green tea as well - wouldn't go back to having normal stuff now as I agree that it seems cleaner to drink the caffeine free versions.

Though I must admit I only have maybe one maximum two cups of tea or coffee a day so it isn't as hard for me as someone who has a lot.

I didn't drink much alcohol anyway to start off with but now I will usually only have a drink if I am in the first 10 days of my cycle unless it is a special occasion (wedding etc) even then I only have one or two at most. Like I say I'm not a big drinker so again it hasn't been that difficult for me.

    Welcome kittendothroar and SmlSave.

Glad the reflexology went well Fairy Shazza cycle buddy. CD16 and counting now eh?

My dad had to cut out caffine after his stroke and he said it was harder than giving up cigs! I've never been a big tea or coffee drinker so not really a problem but I absolutely do need to drink more water.

CD16 for me and HIGH again. Yay! Although I forgot that I should be BDing on HIGH days too. I'm useless. Told OH that MMC says I'll peak on thurs so he needs to be prepared then realised we should've prob had a quickie this morn too, oh well. Maybe tomorrow, thurs and fri. Going for quantity not quality this cycle!

    Thanks guys :)

I'll get myself some decaffinated tea and coffee and try to cut down gradually.

This has to be good :)

I'll cut down on my alchol next week - promise - as I've got a hen party this weekend :D

Welcome Kitten and Sml - hope you both have short days and get bfp's soon.
I have cut down on tea, I drink green tea and fruit teas but I still have a couple of cups most days. Have cut out alcholol, only have a couple if we are out somewhere which is not often and don't drink at home.
