Had my first session of Reflexology last night which was amazing. It was so totally relaxing and she picked up on a few things. She said I had a lot of tension in my right shoulder and a small amount of fluid retention on my ankles. She also said that my knees had been having a bit of wear – I reckon it’s probably due to all the walking we did in London.

She said that my whole body appeared to be under extreme stress and that she would need to work on rebalancing it over the next few sessions. She has told me to drink more water, given me some dietary advice and asked me to try and spend a short amount of time once or twice a day to distress. She said she had stimulated my ovaries and uterus as I am having the reflexology to help with my fertility.

I loved it and afterwards I did feel a lot more chilled out and relaxed I felt like I could feel the areas of the body reacting when she was applying the pressure to them which was odd but not in a bad way.

So my aim now is to increase my water intake to a reasonable level as I know I don’t really drink enough of it, take some exercise this week and try some relaxation techniques at home to distress.

Hi Fairy, I had reflexology too before DS was conceived, and I'm convinced it helped, especially when I could feel her working away the obstructions around the reproductive areas. I'm thinking of going back a couple more times. (And if there's nothing medically proven in it, at least it makes me feel good!)

Hi Ladylegs:wave: How is your bump?

Hi Quaver - hope all is well overseas! Bump is 22 weeks, sits high and *probably a girl*. Getting puffy legs in this heat but no complaints.

I lurk here occasionally, hoping to see bfp announcements from you lot that were here from Nov-Mar when I [STRIKE]stalked[/STRIKE] followed you.;)

    af started last night.

    cd1 for me.

it's only my first month off the pill so i am not disapointed as i am expecting to have a few cycles to get everything out of my system before 'trying' properly.

Flying visit! Works really busy at the mo!

CD14 and another Peak day - how very exciting! Well DTD last night so we have hit the middle of them and its hopefully enough. Not wanting to risk another infection so will leave it at that and cross my fingers! Any SBD coming my way is welcome ;)
  • Can I join in please? :)

Am 28, TTC #1, came off pill in April this years after 10 years and started trying in May..kinda scary but really can't wait for it to happen!

Getting my head round of the abbreviations at the moment! Just waiting rather impatiently to POAS! When is best time after ovulation cycle? According to chart was between 22-27 june, with lots of BD ;)
