hello everyone,

a bit of advice please. i came off the pill last month and am now on CD33 and had ewcm on cd23.

last night i had a bit of spotting after going to loo but don't feel like af is on the way - how long should i wait for af after coming off pill.

pebblespop it can take a little while to sort itself out, some start back with AF just fine, others (like myself) take 3 months. I think it all depends on your natural cycle, how long you've been on the pill and your general health/wellbeing.
