Ok I bought a CB digital and another CB the one that shows + if pg or - if negative.

Decided I would try one of the CB ones but not the digital, it is showing a strong line and a weaker one in the + so I am going to test again in the morning now.

Madbird DH is very excited but worried he thinks I should test again in a few days now, but I am too impatient will do again in the morning...
    Good luck Penny!

GFH thank you, I am trying so hard not to get excited as its a) very quick, b) circumstances of last AF you would think impossible. But yes I am smiling a lot, and to be fair the last couple of weeks I have been very dizzy, tired and forgetful, when I got my BFP in December I was like that just before testing then.....

  • Afternoon Ladies,

I doubt anyone remembers me but I bowed out of TTC in Feb/Start of March (after starting TTC in Oct 09) when I got a new job that I wanted to get settled into before getting pg. OH then shocked the life out of me on holiday in March by proposing completely unexpectantly (he was previously adamant that he never wanted to marry)! We are getting married a week today :j. For the last few months we have not been trying not to have a baby if that makes sense. I have been focusing on trying after the wedding, I have even bought a CBFM in preparation!

I have been waiting for the arrival of my AF so that I could figure out if a honeymoon baby would be possible and I am now 2 days late with none of the usual AF signs. I am trying desperately not to SS as some months I have convinced myself I am pg because I have almost every symptom and then AF has arrived bang on time . I am too scared to test though, not sure how long I will last.

Hopefully I will find out one way or another in the next couple of days, will have to test before saturday anyway.

Sticky baby dust to you all x

  • Thanks Primmer. I am soooo excited about getting married, I can't believe in a weeks time I will be a Mrs!! Will feel a bit guilty if I do get my BFP as was my Hen Do last weekend, can't change that now though and AF will probably turn up tonight now I have got my hopes up!

Hello Gravesend girl! You are a new name to me. I think I joined in April.

    Hi everyone else too!

I realised CD1 is due on Thursday, not Wednesday. Really trying not to think about it and generally succeeding. But earlier this evening my left breast felt tender and had a few gentle stabbing pains. (Ow there's another one!) Historically I have never had any pre-AF symptoms. (except a bit of constipation  sorry!)

At the end of the cycle that began in late April, I got a bit of spotting two days out (unheard of), and got emotional like I did before I found out I was carrying the baby that I lost. But it was BFN. So who knows! Roll on Thursday. I'd just rather know.
