hi, just thought i'd check in with you all, i'm CD23 and still AF free. I'm still convinced that the only reason AF bogged off was due to the agnus castus, so i'm terrified to stop taking them just in case. I'm trying to get an appointment at the moment to get the results of my scan, got a message from the doctors to make an appointment but at our surgery you have to ring up on the day and hope they have one. It's very frustrating as you have to start ringing at half 8 when i'm in the car on my way to work, so often they've all gone by the time i'm able to call.
reading about vit B lengthening your Luteal phase i bought some at Asda today, as it's also suposed to give you energy i didn't mind buying it as i feel so drained all the time.

hi GFH how's things with you?
  • I'm hopelessly procrastinating my A level marking, just got a load more to do. But hey, the sun is shining its summer and we're all healthy pretty much, so can't complain!

Been feeding lambs and kids today at "The Big Sheep" so a happy day. You?

just a boring day as OH is on a 12 hr shift. Had a bit of a crying breakdown yesterday over a problem with where we live. Can't really sort out too much as it's not in our control, but once we're back from holibubs then we could be heading to the solicitors to try and get something done.
