  • Fanta darling lots of love and huggies. Maybe you need to give ttc a rest for a while, getting this treatment while pregnant would be much much worse, and this must feel horrible. Can you go to relate? Lots and lots of love.

In fairness I'd rather be at home and we are going away in 4 weeks but this weekend was planned before that. It was an MSE cheapie so not too worry but I'd have preferred to have not gone at all that waste the drive there and back. DH says he was trying and that's why we did go but felt the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, you could hear people coming to/from their rooms and it was smaller than our bedroom at home so what was the point. We have bickered a bit and I've got a bit teary but I'll get over it.
Trouble is now I'm home I'll do the washing, mow the lawn, !!!! like that when I just wanted quality time. Some of it stems that he's off biking next weekend and will want to prepare but he's not admitting that's why. We have been out a lot lately but that's just concerts which in honesty you take them when they're on as the artists don't tend to ask the audience "when shall we come and see you". They are all over now..well apart from Lady Gaga for both and JLS and Whitney for me but then nothing. I know around OV time I get super horny and super plan-freak and try to be a Stepford wife so when I get turned down it messes my plans up. I even plan as a job I hasten to add!

Kind of feel a bit of a saddo as he's told me to plan things for me..which I do given notice. Most people have plans for bank holiday and to be honest I don't want to have the questions of "weren't you going away?". Will just retreat to garden and in to myself.

I know he feels guilty (which he bloody well should do) but it doesn't make things ok. At least we still have tomorrow off but as it stands we are both peed off which each other and I can't see that changing for the next couple of hours. Still, got Desperate Housewives on Sky box and not watched the New Moon DVD yet.

I also have a bit of a question....if I OV at CD21 (yesterday) and my cycles are 28 days, do I still have a 2WW before I do a test? I know it's jumping the gun a bit but I can but live in hope. I don't normally test but if I don't come on on Day29 I'd be tempted to as this is the first time we've done it at the right time. Here's my chart for once.....

Just to add, I got a High on CBFM this morning suggesting they don't always revert to low straight after OV. Have POAS whenever it asks but am tempted to ignore from CD9 - CD12 next time as it was low after low as you can see in the chart.

    I can't see the chart.

You need to go to My accounts - Home page setup and on the top of that page is the link to your chart.

Your luteal phase does not change, so if your normal luteal is 14days, and you ov on CD21, your AF is due on CD35.
Do you know your usual luteal length?

Sorry to hear about your botched hotel trip.
At least you had a relaxing time at your home sweet home:o
  • Fanta if all his sins are forgiveable ones, why not just go and give him a cuddle and say "let's forget about it" you may as well have a happy next couple of hours than sad?

As for testing, the day AF is due is recommended I think?

    Is this it? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2e854d

DH sins are forgivable as I am a hormonal martyr of a woman. He's taking me out on the bike now so will give me a break. Have redeemed my day by mowing lawn, setting up bbq for tonight and got dressed. Still have tomorrow off so will see what tonight and tomorrow brings.

Good job I have you lovely ladies to keen me sane. :)

Don't know my Luteal length but have charted every month for the past few months. Does FF show this and if so which line? I think it's 11 days looking at the charts boxes on the bottom in green. I came on 10 days after my first peak last month.

    Sorry about your trip FF.

We can only see your current chart in that link. I think you can only display one chart at a time unless you're a VIP.
The luteal phase is basically the length of time between oving and your period arriving. Which is on average 14 days (hence 2 week wait definition). But for some people it's shorter or longer, but in most cases it's pretty consistent.

@Sammy - We BD'd last cycle 11, 14, 16 and 17. I ov'd on day 16. Of course I have no idea which of the sperms won the race but it didn't do us any harm DTD twice. From what I could make out DTD every day for the average couple doesn't affect any chances. If the man has a low sperm count then it's recommended to BD every other day. The Sperm Meets Egg method suggests BDing every other day, but then when you get a high to do it every day, then stop.

Can see your chart now thanks Fantafan.
Looks like you ov'd on CD21. Then your AF should be due on CD32 if your luteal is 11 days. You should wait 'till then (10th June) to test:)

You can have 2 charts altogether for free accounts.
