Morning ladies.
This is my first month of TTC so I'm a novice at all this....
My last 3 cylces have been 27 25 27 and so roughly consistent. I'm not monitoring anything yet and so roughly calculated I ov'ed half way through, so around CD 13, we BDed on CD 9, CD 10 and CD 13. The test I did was a Superdrug one, and said it worked from 4 days prior to AF. Afterwards I read the instructions properly(!) and it said "4 days before AF and 15 DPO". I reckon now I haven't reached 15 DPO.
I know I'm probably just setting myself up for a fall, but I don't feel like AF is on her way - I'm not craving sugar, struggling to finish meals, feel so so tired, have constant sore throat and having dizzy spells. I guess it could be a coincidence and I'm just ill, but, well, I like to hope.....
CD27. I guess over the next 2 days I'll get AF. If I don't, then maybe another test - my AF is never late.
xDxFear is temporary, regret is forever.....:happyhear Baby girl born 27th September - 10 days late!! :happyhear0 -

Early pregnancy tests still aren't 100% accurate. You're really best waiting till the day after you expected your period. This website: http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancytest/ has some stats of tests taken from women who were actually pregnant.
You can see at 11dpo a quarter of women still got a negative (http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/pregnancytest/chart_hpt_dpo.php?dpo=11).
As for being late, I thought I was never ever late too! I've had about 10 cycles off the pill (4 of them TTC) and they all ranged from 28 - 31 days. Apart from one that was 36 days...I was convinced I was pregnant. As it turned out I would have missed the fertile period by a week! Moral is to BD every other day or to be certain of your ov date.
CD28/12DPO for me. Expecting AF on Saturday.Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -

But a mind is a powerful thing, it can delay AF when ttc:o0 -
You need 10 sticks/cycle. But once you get peak, then it automatically gets another peak the following day, and low the next, so you can skip those 2 (so I hear).
Good luck ddebski_us & waterbaby:j
You need decent length of luteal phase to get the baby going I think.
Thanks Q, I'll see how I get on with the 8 and then see about getting some more.
ooh I can't wait for it to arrive now. I've never wanted AF to arrive so much either.
My thermometer arrived yesterday too so I feel like I'm taking charge of the ttc malarkey once again...:D0 -

Just on for a minute to let you know I told DH last night and he's thrilled
...if a little shell shocked. I guess it will take a few days for it all to sink in.
Good luck to all those testing soon
Hugs to those who got AF
Have fun all the new CBFM recruits!
