    Thanks fuzz for the link.

I've been getting myself all paranoid now about exercise. Am beginning to think maybe it wasn't such a good idea to join the gym, but then at the same time it could take me another year to get PG and I would have wasted a year of not gymming.

But now I'm wondering what to do during the 2WW. I always said I wouldn't stop living, but it seems body temperature is the thing to watch in your first trimester, so I don't want to over do it anymore. Am thinking of walking, cycling gently and swimming during the 2WWs. And then running (am extremely unfit - so running is tough for me) when AF arrives till ov.

Is it Clearblue who do the pregnant/not pregnant ones then? I don't want to do a cheapie and then worry whether it was right or not and then buy a more expensive one anyway, couldn't stand the suspense.
True, but cheapie ones are more sensitive aren't they?

Giz I guess being in good health is important so I'd say keep doing what you're doing. I figure I'll just keep lving my life and carrying on as normal until I get that elusive BFP then I'll check what I should/shouldn't be doing. I only go the gym 3 times a week though :p

Thanks Perdi. I guess I'm worried cos I am so unfit. Last week I could barely walk my muscles hurt so much!

And what do you mean "only" 3 times a week. That's what I'm aiming for :o I thought that was good!

Ooh while you're here, BDing is getting soooo much easier for me now. There is no pain anymore and it's feels good, although I'm still stuck on one position (reverse cowgirl), tried facing forward, but it just didn't work. Will need to start experimenting more outside of fertile dates.

Great news:) Don't leave too long a gap between BDing, as I find the muscles tend to return back to the original place;)

As for exercising, you could walk instead of run during 2ww:cool:
  • So advice is to keep going? Will do. It isn't real AF.

    Afternoon all

Welcome Doglover, Kairi and anyone else who has joined us :)

Haven’t had a chance to catch up with all the weekend chatter – there’s lots to read since Friday lunchtime and I am meant to be working.

So the wedding was lovely on Saturday, bride and groom both looked stunning and I had a fab day until AF decided to rudely gatecrash the evening party  worst of all she was three days early for some bloody reason – no idea why

That means my cycle was only 24 days last month :( which I don’t like one little bit. I’ve had a regular 28/29 day cycle since we started retrying after our erpc so why after 6 months it’s now decided to go down to 24 days is beyond me.

It has hit me really hard this month. I don’t know why but I really thought it could be it and that we could’ve managed it but her arriving has just been a massive kick in the teeth. Really made me sad and spoilt the evening for me :( totally felt like giving up on Saturday as the disappointment always hits me really hard and I end up wondering if it is ever going to happen again for us :(

I’ve booked a doctors appointment at 4pm today to discuss my concerns with them. I’d rather it was down on my records now as I think we’ve been trying long enough to warrant a visit to the GP.

Counted yesterday as my 1st day even though really the ugly hag arrived on Saturday so that my FF and my CBFM are saying the same thing. CD2 today and feeling absolutely demotivated, totally lacking in PMA and rather sorry for myself :(
