    Morning All.

Still no sign of AF! Starting to get really annoyed! I need to find myself some patience when it comes to this!! lol. Haven't had any cramps since yesterday morning either! so i dunno whats going on! but my body doesn't feel like AF is going to arrive anytime soon! Kinda worrying how much the pill messes you up! on a brighter note, i haven't felt as bloated since stopping it! maybe thats because theres no sign of AF! who would know?! lol. Still in two minds about testing... waste of time perhaps?

    Hope your all well!

Thats really good that it didn't waste your sticks, I figured it would be programmed to make you use as many as poss.

Me too, I was pleasantly surprised! :T Yay to CB for not making us spend more money on their products than we need to (or already have done more to the point!!)

By the way... I know we want a baby of any variety, but if Y sperm are faster but don't live as long, I reackon if you DTD only on peak days for a boy and only on high days for a girl? What do you think??

You could be on to something there, sounds very credible to me.

Well having only DTD on peak days this month, I'm now imagining having a little boy :o I'd better snap out of it otherwise this will be the longest 2ww....EVER! :D

    Hi Becks and welcome

    Feeling less positive today.
I'm bloated and grumpy - things I'd expect about this time before I'm due on
I've half convinced myself that it was just energetic BDing, which is probably for the best as I can't cope with the disappointment (or the long wait!) :o
The FR tests are taunting me, I will probably cave and test this weekend :p

grateful im only 3 days late! so i guess i should just stop worrying as thats not too late! im just so used to it coming at the exact same date every month! but i've been told that it can take a while when coming off the pill for it to come, so i need patience don't I! lol agghhh!! this waiting is awful!!

Perdi and curly I'm going to be very schoolmarmish and say if you can cope with the disappointment of being aware of a very early miscarriage, then you should test.

People who have been through this wished they didn't test til later, but if you can cope, go for it!

I think i would rather know, it would be awful if that was the case, but i would want to know. I don't think it could be though, he was careful, but i guess nothing is 100% i don't know what to do! i feel like an emotional wreck today, like i could just cry for no reason! is this normal after the pill? i am starting to regret even starting on that thing! been on it about 4 years, maybe wasnt a good idea!

  • When you say he was careful...are you talking about the withdrawal method?

And do you want to be pg? Can you make yourself a cup of tea/have a bath or a nap or are you working?

Sorry i shoulda said, he used condoms each time!

Yeah we are going to be trying for a baby within the next few months, thats why i came off the pill, but don't get me wrong, if it happens now then that wouldn't be a problem!

Unfortunatly I'm in work! :( so i can't do any of that! really don't want to be here right now! I've been so tired lately, and thinking of nothing else but this!!

Men really do get it so easy!!!

    Curly.
Since you used condoms very likely this is just your body resetting itself. My first cycle after coming off the pill (after 10yrs) was 34 days (now 25-28 days) and I had a lot of cramping and mood swings during the last week or so, much worse than I ever get now. My periods are also totally different to the withdrawal bleeds I had on the pill (length, flow, cramps, moods, complexion all different to before) but you will get to know what's normal for you. It's such a relief when the first AF comes...hopefully it won't be much longer for you to wait.
