TTC month 1 for an old fogey (39) who has probably left it too late before finally getting broody.
The witch got me !
I was symptom spotting all last week, then, 4 days late, she finally got me on Saturday.
It was as though she waited until Id got my hopes up, bought the test, and then decided she didnt want me to waste my money.
I was devestated. Been in tears most of the weekend.
So CD3 it is now for me & PMA vibes desperatley needed !

It is so disappointing when AF arrives, but the best way to think about is its a fresh new cycle and opportunity x

I wonder if the first month is the hardest? I had a similar thing, had high hopes for falling straight away, ended up being 7 days late and had a cry when I tested neg. I'm in my third cycle now...a bit more chilled and I was less disappointed last month. I've got everything crossed that this is your month ((hugs))

Don't know if you guys as following as much as me, but looks like there might be some flights from London tomorrow. I'm trying not to get my hopes up and still thinking that we're going camping. I was looking into Center Parcs today for the weekend, but the prices are so high I found some at Elvden more affordable, but the 8 remaining have gone to 1 left now! I think everyone had the same idea as me.

Right off to watch Flash Forward and Glee.

((hugs)) tabatha. Just think you're 3 days nearer to your next OV. I know it's hard when the posting before is a BFP but don't despair. My BFF is due to give birth in the next month after not using contraception for years and is 40 this year. She had womens problems fybroids the lot and now is going to be a mummy.

Keep your pukka up chuck. We'll all here for you.

For me, DH has cancelled trip abroad so sorry giz, the volcano has been a blessing for me. Every cloud has a silver lining..or grey ashy one at the mo. Have you checked out https://www.forestholidays.co.uk? Cheaper than hoseasons.

Ah thanks guys, just done another test to check as still not quite believing it after 9 months of trying but it's still a BFP. Lets hope the bean sticks on this one!!

Was going to give up this month if it hadn't happened!!

I'm a xmas baby myself Sammy_Girl and absolutely hate it, I used to move it to September as a teenager so I could have a party lol
