    :cry::cry: I'm going nowhere today :(
Oh dear, why not go out somewhere near? Nice drive, lunch, movie & dinner?
My temp rose today so I reckon I've ov'd. We didn;t BD last night and neither of us were in the mood. I'm wondering if we should have a go this morning and for one last go during the fertile time. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/24c425
We seem to be cycle buddies, my AF was on the 2nd April, and my temp rose today too:p
Unlike you, I only dtd last night:( Seems tad too late.
But in your case, it looks good - hope this is your month, and mine:o
I'd get one in this morning just to be sure.

We will. We've had a chat and we're hoping to move the tenerife holiday to June when we have a week booked off already. And we'll probably make the most of our Merlin Passes this week. See Warwick castle, go to sea life center...stuff like that. Just not quite the same as sunbathing on the beach :)

That's not too late! What are you on about? Sounds like perfect timing to me. It only takes one remember. You should get some added BDing in today too.

I also really hope I'm pregnant so I'm not on my period for the whole bank holiday weekend! Af's timing is just rubbish. Oh and to top it off, if we're not PG by June and I keep up with these 28 day cycles then I'll be on period for my June holiday. Probably on the plane on my first and most painful day. Argh.

Fingers crossed we are both pg:)

I've just had another good cry. Just spoke to insurance company and we're not covered.

Just read through carefully on Monarchs website and we can only rebook a flight within 30 days. I can't see things improving by Tuesday, although thinking about we've not got much to lose by trying Tuesday if there were seats available. It's all paid for. Aside from that we could only go again in June and that's not within the 30 day limit. And the tickets for our week off in June are £400 more than what we paid (cos its bank holiday week). We couldn't afford that on top of paying for everything else all over again.

I think the reality is a refund from Monarch and a £310 loss and a possible holiday in September - will have more time to save up for then.

@Quaver - I've got everything crossed for both of us.

Oh no:( I suppose it is because it is a natural disaster.
Don't spend your holiday crying though, it could've been worse;)
  • gizmodo this isn't very ttc, but you could get your GP to give you contraceptive pill to arrange AF around hols?

I appreciate the help, but I really don't want to go back on the pill. I've been on and off for the last 18 months. I have to stop whinging and live with the pain. But I like to moan - it's in my nature :p

Holiday update, we've made a decision. We're attempting to book flights for Wednesday for a week. If we get them, then we'll go back to work Mon and Tues (that's a really horrible thought when you've had it in your head for months that you;re going to be off). If the flight gets cancelled again then we'll go camping etc. Just need to get through to Monarch now

The worst part is being in limbo. Oh and if we don't get flights for Wednesday then we'll stay off for this week and go camping. And Tenerife will have to wait till our September hols.

Sorry you're having a pants time Giz but you seem to have sorted things. It's better than going on a plane and it crashes...no PG then for sure. Better be safe than sorry. On the plus side you can carrying on DTD in the UK or when you get to go next week.

I'm loving the move towards PMA...oops, typed PMS then but it was a fraudulent slip!

Sunny day again...you might not need abroad to have a great holiday...plus, going back to work saves 2 hols....I did the same over Easter. No point being at home being miserable when you can be paid and have time off and be miserable at work instead.

Off to coop to get milk then gonna have a brew with a new crunchie biscuit.....they are so yummy :0)
