well CD27 for me (longest cycle since came off the pill) and my temp has been working it's way downwards for the past 4 days, maybe that means AF is on her way, hope it does so we can get back to trying again.

    Hi All,

Thought I would join up here as finally convinced OH that there is no point waiting any longer as we will never be as financially stable as he wants to be andwe will be fine when baby comes along. Also had to convince him it wont happen straight away...Did anyone elses OH just think it will happen as soon as you want it too? :o lol
We got married back in August last year but had some difficulty as I was made redundant in the Sept but now back in work and have been since Feb....absolutely hate it but if it means I can have a baby I will stick with it.
Anyone got any advice? Im taking Folic supplements, eating healthier and cutting back on the wine/booze in general (think that will be my biggest difficulty) lol

    Thanks
    Val

    Welcome val_84.
CD30 I think for me. Proper AF still hasn't shown but I'm really unsure when to start the proper AF. I waited til it was a-flowing last time and it worked to OV on CD19. It's still pantyliner stage. WHY WONT SHE COME WHEN YOU WANT HER TO?

I suppose with recent stresses it's only natural to mess your period up and it's not like I'll be DTD anytime soon but I'd like to work my cycle out for future. The rate I'm going DH will be back from work trip when I OV so you never know. Absence and all that.

Did a test last night which was BFN - not that I didn't expect anything else. When it says leave 5 minutes it really means you can tell after 5 seconds but it just wants you to live in hope for a short time (not that I did!)
Will carry on lurking and seeing how you're all doing.

  • Welcome FairyShazza and Val - Hope you stays here are short ;)

BigSister - I know what you mean about taking the fun out of TTC but now i'm really trying to stop myself thinking that its only for TTC. Hard I know but hang in there

FantaFan - Sorry about the BFN and hope that the witch shows for you soon so you can plan away (I hate to see AF but then enjoy the planning and daydreaming :rotfl:)

LemonTree - Hope the witch shows up soon for you too

SirMonster - Thanks for the link, i'll have a browse later

    Tiger - Big (((HUGS)))

Big Hugs to anyone else lurking that needs one!

Sorry have forgotten everything else :p DH always tells me he cant wait for me to be preggers cos it would mean I have an extra couple of brain cells :rotfl: wont be mine but hay ho :D

CD 9 and CBFM showing high this morning :) bd last night. Dont think i'll be able to keep up with bding every night but def aiming for every other. Book advises its unlikely to peak on first cycle so will have to wait and see.

Have lots of things to do the next couple of weeks so should keep me occupied enough to not obsess over TTC but must remember not to stress!!!

Hope you all have a fab day

Sticky baby dust to all xxxxx

lol. My DH was exactly the same. In fact the first time we DTD after I stopped taking my pill he said "right, that'll be you pregnant then". He was joking of course but he does seem genuinely surprised that we are still trying 4 months later. Think they like to believe they are super potent! :rotfl:

Heres the updated testing list. I know alot of people don't want to go on the list but will keep it going unless everyone decides they no longer want it.

I've added myself on for Moday 3rd May. AF due on the Sunday. Know that i wont last much longer past the monday plus going on hols that week so would want to know.

For the newbies, the list is here if you want to add a date that you may test if AF is late. Best to choose a date that is after AF to test but totally up to you.

If you want to be added to the list then give me a shout. If you prefer to not be added, no probs.
