@curly - You can get right back into a period with no probs (I did luckily - after 15 years aswell), but don't be disheartened if it takes a while. Is it you that isn't trying till August or something though? Sorry can never remember who is who :o

Yes thats me! lol, ur ok there are quite alot of people on here so never worry!! Going to start trying in Aug, but if it happens before that, (even with him being careful!) then it happens! it wouldn't be a disaster if it happened before then! :)

I have had some pains in my tummy today... not sure whats going on couldn't be getting ready for AF yet.. only stopped pill on tues.. sometimes i miss 1 pill, which would be the equivilant to last night... IYKWIM.. plus eating like a pig these last 2 weeks, but i doubt i will be cheering yet.. pill has prob done what its meant to! wishful thinking I guess haha.. prob all in my head!!

Huge congrats on your BFP Ms Piggy! :D

And Tink - you now have me in tears at work - precisely the reason I'm not doing a speech at my wedding next week! If I can't even read yours without crying then there's no way I can say words like that myself! Can't wait to see some pictures x

Congrats Miss Piggy, here's to you ..x

Hugs Primmer, I know what you mean though, you think you've done everything right, can read all the signs and then AF ararives and you come crashing down. It's horrible but there's always another go to be had. Sending lots of PMA your way.

Lemon Tree - what's going on, I've just been to loo and tmi alert: today we have clots! and i'm getting AF twinges in the pit pf my stomach so AF may have decided to stay after all, maybe today is CD1....who the hell knows..!

P.S Tinks - love the speech, I may steal it as inspiration for my big day. OH has made it clear he won't be making a speech as he hates stuff like that, as it happens I love being centre of attention (only child!) and my speech will be another reason for people to look at me and tell me how wonderful I am on the big day ;). Whenever that will be, 5 years and no hint of a proposal.....:(..x

Awww wish I could get married again (to the same person though...I'm not ready to trade him yet) :rotfl:

I'm feeling a bit down today. My "vascular cervix" is still bleeding after my smear test on Tuesday and is now starting to cramp ever so slightly. I don't know if thats cos I'm thinking about it though. Figure if the bleeding doesn't stop by the weekend I'll have to go back. I'm terrified that it's a sign of things to come...my health has been getting worse just lately. :(

Ms Piggy's news has cheered me up slightly though. :)

    Congrats MissPiggy!

dusty - I had a couple of cycles like that. It would start in the morning then nothing all afternoon, start again the next morning then it'd !!!!!! off again! Usually by the third day it'd show properly so I was counting that as CD1. Those cycles I had a really long period as well, since then they've started normally and been light and short (worringly so!).

Still on a break here, so no news.
