Hi all, have been following these threads for ages and now could do with youre help,
here goes i have 2 children aged 7 1/2 and 3 1/2 and would love another, been off the pill for nearly 2 years now- Miscarried last summer at 6 wks and cycles since then have been strange i think -cycles go 21,22,30,25,33,34,39 and now 23 days does this seem strange or just norm???,:(
my oh is not 1 to talk to docs etc so just says what will be will be rather than poss seeking advice but each month it gets me down, he also works away 2 wks at a time each month so that doesnt help too,
    any ideas people ?:(

Welcome :j I hope your stay with us is short ;)

We all know how you feel on here we all feel like we are going a little bit loopy :rotfl:Lala.

It does seem that after a MC your cycles do tend to go a bit of course. Do you do OV testing or temping???
If you can think it........it will happen

  • Hi all, havent posted on here before. Me and my DF have been trying for about 11 months now. My cycles are anything from 24 days to a very very occasional 27 days.

My lmp was 12th march and if I go by a 25 day cycle as that what it averages out as then I will be 6dpo today.

I have been having symptoms which i dont normally get at this time of the month, they are:

    3dpo - mild cramping
4dpo - mild cramping and occasional sharp twinge, hot flushes, slight nausea
5dpo - mild cramping again, slight nausea
6dpo - less cramping today, slight nausea

I have noticed that my boobs look a little different too, not majorly just feel and look a little fuller

I thought perhaps I could have been ovulating late, but then that would make me on a 28day+ cycle, and have not had the cm to match.

    Any thoughts?

Firstly Welcome  I'm also trying for my first been nearly 11 months but have never had a BFP so could not tell you what it feels or looks like.

My best advise at the mo is to relax and try not to read into any syptoms too much - I know thats easier written than done ;) When is AF due?

Hopefully someone with a lot more knowledge can help you out in a bit.

You can join me and Primmer then as we both have a week to go to :)
I know what you mean about lots of pregs and babies. I seem to be surrounded by them at the mo and it is hard to keep your chin up. But thats why we are all here :j:j
Anytime you want a moan, a scream, or just to chat please do so. Its a very emotional rollercoaster is this TTC lark. I know now why some parents cotton wool their kids esp after trying so hard to make them ;)

    Hello:wave:.

Just thought id pop back in. If i can say so, it has done me the world off good having a 'break' from everything TTC related. Ive felt so much better.

welcome faceduptoitatlast(how can we make your name shorter?!!) and normandynat

In a nice way, hope you are not with us long:D

Normandynat since my mc's my cycles has all been different, most recently i had AF 31days after the mc then month after it was 39days. If you are worried maybe next time you go to the doctors just tell OH that you are going to say something to the dr about TTC. There are a few people on here whos OH's work away quite a lot.

    Maddie sorry about the BFN
