I got that about 2months after I came off the pill!Freaked me out at first:) As it's 'normal' for me I started counting my cycle days from the 1st day of spotting, which unfortunately lengthened it from 30days to 34 days...sooooooo annoying! Its quite normal and shouldn't indicate anything worng but if it does concern you probs best to ask docs HTH x

Well, you're in the same boat as MV and me. I'm now officially ON but it's been so weird after 15 years on the pill. When I was on the pill they were perfect, identifiable by cramps the day before and I could tell you to the hour when it would come. Now. It's like pulling a ball out of Bertha on the Saturday Lotto programme. Their guess is as good as any. This month was 19 days - what's all that about???

CD13 - really stringy CM today, I'm convinced I'm about to ovulate and OH has a migraine :(:(:( I never thought I'd ever be disappointed about not being able to DTD :( Am absolutely gutted. Fingers crossed he's better in the morning - I'll be begging him before work if he is. Otherwise I hope we can do it tomorrow night.

@BigSister - every other day is perfect, you stand a chance this month - what is it 20%/30%?

  • Hi all,

Hope everyone is ok. I'm good just a bit worried about how stress can affect fertility, as have been given loads of extra work due to people leaving ect.

Am coming home stressed and ratty and just worried that it may hinder my chances.

I can't talk to manager to say we are trying and i understand why the extra work but just don't think it will help my situation!!

Not having a good few days. Just looking forward to my break next week.

    Hope evryone else is well!

    Hi girls!

Well im back after a long break and i dont recognise many at all! so must be good news for some!

I'm still waiting for my first ever bfp. i had my first really sad day the other day, i really thought it would have happened by now.

Im considering going drs soon, i have really weird periods, i spot for 4-5 days before im due on which never happened before i was on the pill. does anyone else get this?

Yes this has happened to me a few times since coming off the pill but I count the first day of my proper AF as the day when I go really heavy and get major cramps. Then that normally lasts 4-5 days although I'm CD6 and still needing liners.

Hello to all the newbies and delurkers, good to see we can fill up the testing list again.

Sorry to hear the news Lizzie and Mennie, fingers crossed for next time though ;)

Good luck with the begging Giz :rotfl:. What are we like?

Not much to report here, don't get results of scan or blood test til at least the 26th but I did get letter yesterday to say smear results were all clear :T.
Feel like me and OH haven't Bd for ages cos of stupid AF. But he's in for a good time this weekend. ;).

    Love to all..x

Thanks for advice Tink, but DS won't even contemplate the syringe, just the sight of the bottle has him stuffing his fingers in his mouth and crying "No medicine, no medicine".

Not to worry, will persevere with sneaking it in food and drinks when required. Thankfully he's fighting fit just now, so no meds required.

    Back to TTC.......

Hi, think AF has arrived, thought it may just be more spotting which i seem to have had for pretty much the last 4 weeks but it's starting to get heavier so maybe this time i'll count it as CD1 and it may get my Ovulation on a decent CD rather than CD9 or something silly like that. My temp. has also dropped so another reason to call it CD1 i guess.
  • Hugs to those who have AF in visiting

No dtd last night, DH had his head up his backside (silly story really) and I went to bed early very tired - Will try to be nice today lol

Hope everyone has a good day!
