    Morning ladies,

Well update from me, after what I thought was CD1 yesterday there is now nothing going on today. Lord knows what's happening. Got my scan this afternoon which I'm a bit nervous about. My cycles are so irregular I'm sure they're going to find something wrong with me. Although I probably won't be told today.!

Hope you all have a lovely weekend. I will let you know how the scan goes tonight..xx

Good luck for your scan will be thinking of you xoxo

  • Morning all...HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! :T

I can't remember everything but, Fanta - glad you and OH had a talk and things are better. And hope you get a big fat OV on your CBFM soon!

Tinks - Good luck at the counselling. let us know how you got on..hope it helps :)

mennie - I'm lucky that OH likes all the stuff I buy. I'd love to be an interior designer. I actually think I've got quite a good eye for it...even if I do say so myself! :p. Sorry you got a BFN, but dont give up! test again in a few days..you never know, you could be in luck!!:D

Ok so I have decided that I am going to POAS tomorrow morning. If I have a hint of a TLP I'm not going to drink any alchol tomorrow night. If its BFN I may have a couple...I know I probably shouldnt, but I've been good all week and a girls gotta have some fun!

I am scared about it though. I can't imagine that we will have been lucky enough to strike it lucky the first try after the mc, and we only DTD twice the week of ov, but I'm really hoping. It would be the best thing ever!

Sticky dust to all the layyydeees! :D

Have my BF's party tonight, so no way I can avoid drinking, but on 2ww and have been very good and not touched a drop for a fortnight.

I don't mind having a glass or two, but it's avoiding the bender. Any tips for seeming to be going along with the crowd, but not? Excuses like giving up for Lent or on antibiotics won't wash.

Can only think of getting my own drinks in and ordering tonic pretending that its a G&T, but that seems a bit meanie when everyone else is doing rounds.

I buy from that shop too, but I buy the little cardboard ones. I know they are just whats inside a plastic "real" test, but I always feel more secure with the plastic tests. I just buy the cardboard for my poas habit :rotfl:

Thanks for all the info giz and perdi. Yes I've been properly diagnosed but it was back in 1999/2000 so they did tests to make sure it wasn't bowel cancer or anything (endoscopy etc), then I got lumped into the IBS bracket and left to my own defences.

It means I've kind of just put up with it, but nowadays there seems to be more help available.

I think I need to get myself another diary to record eating/drinking and symptoms as a starting point.

On the TTC front I'm on CD14 and just managed two days BD'ing in a row so hopefully that will keep up for my whole fertile period.
Proud to be a moneysaver!
