    evening!! :D

Thank you are the warm welcome!! :j and hi to the other newbies!!
Glad to hear that no EWCM doesn't mean no ovulation! :o Will defo look into that preseed stuff and the calpol lol!! I bought OV sticks from eBay, but am at work during the day and don't really want to PIAC there!! And I'm a bit too lazy for the temp monitor - I don't like to waken up one minute earlier than is necessary!! :D I guess they are options for the future if I don't get preggers anytime soon.

Sorry about the job Sammy.... it mustn't have been the one for you - hopefully a more fabtastic job will turn up soon and it'll be the one!!

OMG you lot can really chat in here - had a quick nosey in work earlier but didn't have the time to reply and have now forgotten everything I wanted to say!

MV - enjoy your evening of lurrvveee!! That's me done for this month - into the two week wait now - grrrr!!

GTS - thanks for putting me on the list!

    ETA - CONGRTULATIONS HIBBI!!

    So many posts I can't remember everything...but...

@Sammy - I'm so sorry about the job. ((hugs)) Life really sucks sometimes, but you will make a baby and you will get a job. ((more hugs))

@Lemontree - hi! I wondered who you were - saw you on the list. Congrats on AF arriving.

Hubby has just come home with 4 Easter eggs (they are £1 each at the mo for the little ones - bargain), so we'll be pigging out tonight :D

Don't forget One Born Every Minute tonight.

My hubby doesn't like it. He hides behind the computer when it's on. I asked him how is he going to cope when it's me IRL giving birth and not someone on TV and he swears he'll be OK. But he gets weak at the sight of blood...I'm not so sure :)

So much to catch up on in one afternoon.
Most importantly Congrats hibbi, knew you couldn't hold out til the morning :p

HUGS sammy, as said before it obviously wasn't the one for you. Their loss.

Well I had smear this afternoon, horrible stuff isn't it?
While there though I asked to look back over my notes. As said before I caught chlaymydia off an ex who sadly cheated on me and I have been worried that this may have now affected me (it was 6 or 7 years ago, long before babies were on the agenda). anyway cos I got tested at GUM they don't have records at docs. Anyway, worked out that cos I have reg smears the longest I could've had it was 11 months, nurse seemed to think even if it was this long it's not likely to have affected me. It's normally only a problem if it goes years untreated so feel a bit better about that.

Just sad to think that because of someone else not being able to keep it in their pants years ago I may have jeopardised chances with OH but I'm thinking positive . There's so much PMA and so many BFPs on here at the mo I refuse to let myself get all mauldling.

2-3 weeks til results of smear, ultrasound next fri with hopefully results of that and CD21 bloods week after. That'll be a busy docs appointment.

I've just watched last night's Glee, does anyone watch it, it is so funny. i'm obsessed with american school dramas, give me Glee, The OC, One Tree Hill, 90210 over Newsnight anyday. :o

    Love to all............xxxxxxx

  • thanks for the warm welcome! and wow, a march bfp already! huge congrats hibbi! :T hopefully there will be lots more :)

gizmodo- easter eggs as snacks sounds amaaaaazing. i might have to go to the shop...

sammy- just wanted to say, condolences about the job. i went through a similar thing, to a point where i started doing interviews and not even bothering to wonder how it went. of course, as soon as that happened i got a job. i suspect it's the same with ttc :o

ooh a question for the experts- i remember someone on a forum (possibly this one) saying about taking evening primrose oil. i know it is good for skin and can minimise af pains, but what does it do for ttc?

    :A thanks in advance

That site above says Evening Primrose Oil should only be taken from Menstruation to Ovulation. It helps with improving CM according to that site. HTH. I'm not an expert btw - I'm just bored because OH is playing Grand Theft Auto.
