Oh hun I'm so sorry:(:( its horrible and I can totally understand what you're going through but I promise there is light at the end of the tunnel, whether its in the form of a spanking new job or a bfp:) Either way you'll be thrilled when it happens:)

Poor Sammy ((((HUGS)))) so sorry you didnt get the job hon. I can completely understand how dejected you must be feeling, but please dont beat yourself up over it. It's a tough old world out on the job market at the moment. I'm sure something even better will be along soon for you.

Great in theory, but on a tuesday night, with colds all round, a lonnnnnng commute home and an OH on the rampage with work.......I need a plan B!

It is all about Food & Lifestyle bits and Really what we all should be doing!! EG eat 5 a day fruit & Veg Lots of water.

Stay away from processed foods.

Exercise.

And take lots of supplements!!! I have stocked up on Zinc, Selenium which are all good. Along with the Sanatogen Mother to be +omega 3 and B6 I already take!!!!

It says that most MC's are where the DNA info is not correct or not there when it is needed and all the things it tells you to take are good for getting eggs & swimmers in the best shape possible

Did you know that your OH should been taking Folic acid too???????
