This is a good forum that i have used in the past all you need to do is register give them your serial number network and country and someone will pop along with the code for you.

Your code depends of your phone IMEI (*#06# to know it)

you can ask your unlock code to your provider but this is very expensive

the best way is to unlock your phone on this website unlock-phone-online.com I unlocked my phone there.
