Abbey ATM's a joke!!!

Why do Abbey Cash Machines (ATM) let you insert your card, request cash and THEN it tells you there is no cash in the machine!!! Why can't the machines say "NO CASH" on the screen Natwest tells you if there are no £10 notes avail.

My Lloyds ATM does the same, insert card, put in PIN, ask for balance, then ask for cash and "no £10 notes available" so i try £20, it says "no £20's available, we can however give you £10 ...."

Owed out = lots. :cool:
