I am loving O2 a little bit more everyday

Just wanted to say O2's customer service really is top notch. :T Both their BB and mobile phone. I have had a couple of technical problems with my BB and everytime, their advisors are nothing but patience and helpful. The good thing is, they always offer 2 options: they fix it from their end for you or they talk you through how to fix it.

I am a happy customer and really looking forward to the O2 landline with high expectation.

I agree - I have O2 mobile and home broadband and can't fault it. Always surprised by the quality of the customer service, how surprisingly easy it is to actually fix simple things or take off extra bundle services!!

I'm sure there are a few providers out there who could learn a thing or two...

Hahaha... I actually told the O2 lady I talked to today how great they are and how rubbish BT is. Poor her had to listen to me moaning...

Having said that tho, O2 used to be like many other poor customer service. I remember when I first joined O2 about 6 years ago, I had to fight with them over minor problems over and over again. I think they really have been improving since about 2 - 3 years ago. That was when I stopped calling them constantly trying to get things sorted.

    They are good for sure.

I usually email them for anything a bit 'technical' and the replies are fantastic. Accurate, polite and -wait for it- actually sort the query.

Not much to ask but most companies fail to do this.

Over the phone they are equally good. Why is this? If I were a headhunter for an employment agency I'd find out who their head of CS is.

    Good news
Nice to have a thread with praise:T

Will be signing up soon as I can get my BT line active next week and be free from those Tiscali/Talktalk people:j

Remember to sign up through Quidco or Top Cashback as they are both doing cash back with O2 BB for between £50 - £125 depending on your plan + 2 months free.

By the way, I just called O2 today with an account question and they have given an extra month for free... weird! So nothing to pay till April!! I think it's because of the disruption I had from BT last week in result of having to change my landline number and O2 had to reconnect my number, I don't know, I don't really care, I will stay with O2 as long as they keep up with their service.
