    What fighting fund money? Has Martin set up a fighting fund? Have you donated anything to it?

    Brave of you to admit to working for YB/CB on this forum and in the AQU unit too !

    I received my letter yesterday from YB/CB regarding Bank Charges & it came from that Black Hole called Customer Engagement in Glasgow, that office on the 4th floor where letters go in but replies dont come out !!
    From my personal experience of YB/CB the timescales that they set out to adhere to are NEVER met & every request/complaint I have had I have had to chase , without exception ( I am a 30 year customer of YB). As for trying to get information from a SAR , well, I have had 3 sets of the same Bank Statements , No VISA statements , none of the loans I had appear to have ever existed & neither does my Mortgage. I tried not to rant & think I succeded.

    I got the letter the 20th of jan from Clydesdale bank /yorkshire bank
