did what you said, but I disable the belkin by unchecking the box"let this tool manage your wireless settings" and click apply. then go to windows and it lets me manage the wireless connection then reverts back to belkin, and I find the original unticked box has become ticked again and belkin is managing it again! arrrrghhhh!0
