did what you said, but I disable the belkin by unchecking the box"let this tool manage your wireless settings" and click apply. then go to windows and it lets me manage the wireless connection then reverts back to belkin, and I find the original unticked box has become ticked again and belkin is managing it again! arrrrghhhh!0

In which case all I can suggest is perhaps uninstalling the belkin utility. A few caveats however before you do: ensure you have the drivers/discs in case you need to reinstall; it might not solve your initial prob; WZC might have no bearing on your particular problem ....:cool:did what you said, but I disable the belkin by unchecking the box"let this tool manage your wireless settings" and click apply. then go to windows and it lets me manage the wireless connection then reverts back to belkin, and I find the original unticked box has become ticked again and belkin is managing it again! arrrrghhhh!0
