Well got a guy around said he was ex BG employee 25 years and has the gas safety logo on his card he gave me
Came to look at boiler on 1st couldn't find anything wrong it it said he pop back on Friday now said he can find a fault as hot water wont heat up. Said it could be the sensor. Said he be back soon that was on Friday. Still no sign
I have waited now since middle of December to get a plumber as the we know said he ordered part even though never came to see boiler and thats last we heard of them even though we rang a couple of weeks ago and said he pop around0
