Nowt wrong with plodding! I can't keep that pace up over any sort of distance - the running does seem to be going reasonably well at the moment though so hopefully it will get better.

Maz I run at that pace...or slower hun so you have made massive improvements. especially if you look back to see your pace when you began this time last year...you were doing 14/15 min miles!

Hello all,not much happening today...been dog walking on the forest,piano lesson at 2.30 (so must practice!),then parents evening at school for sax lessons, then meeting girls in pub to go over school GCSE options brochure/forms....we can't make head nor tail of it..Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -

There seem to be a lot of us trying to start the new year off healthily: running, gym, wii fit...my new excericse for the year is Bikram Yoga. felt amazing after my class last night!

She keeps saying it's a boy but I think that that is because she secretly wants a girl and is getting herself in the frame of mind to have a boy! She has always been the second to do everything being the second daughter and I think she would like to provide the first granddaughter!0 -
