... I've had a 160GB iPod Classic for nearly three years and it's still going strong like it were brand new!
I don't like the touch crap, nowhere near as good quality as the older models. It plays MUSIC !!!!!!, it does NOT need a touch screen or app stuff or any of that other junk.
Put all the money into making it SOUND GOOD. Thank you!Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Probably wouldn't spend the same again given the chance, but it's a nice watch nonetheless.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

When do you think is it ok to spend BIG on something?
Usually when I've been trying to be frugal for too long!
I try holding out for as long as possible, telling myself I really shouldn't and it'll be a bad idea, but then get to the point of bursting and generally buy something.
This time it was a fairly swanky scanner with which I wanted to digitise a ton of old slides. I'd put off buying it for months, having a hard time justifying the cost. It arrived a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately (a) at first try I realised I hated the interface compared with the ease of using my (very) old scanner, and (b) part of the software (the part which looks most useful and may make me hate it less) opens for a couple of seconds then just shuts down!
This is my punishment for giving in to temptation.
Oh and the credit card bill with the cost of it arrived today...
