Help With Leaving O2 for Tesco

Hi

I'm currently with O2 through the Carphone Warehouse

Have two months left on my contract which i'm happy to pay up

I wish to purchase an iPhone on Tesco's 12 month contract

Do i still have to request a PAC code from CPW O2 to keep my number even though technically i'm staying with O2 but through Tescos

Yes you still have to get a pac code and give it to Tesco. Tesco share O2's infrastructure but they have different carrier id's.

Thought i would but worth asking

Seem to remember someone saying that some providers will not let you pay a contract up early

Don't know why its only gonna be the same money they get off me anyway

Wonder if they are just awkward because you are not staying with them

Are they allowed to stop you just paying off the remaining months at the flat fee?
