That is a possibility but im trying to get the solution so that i can capture all the people i added on the messenger service as its not added on hotmail.

you can rejoin with the same addy as an original account as MSN will allow this if sign on hasnt been possible in ages, its also possible to delete an account and 10 mins later join up with the original address

make sure you have WINDOWS messenger signed out or MSN Messenger wont sign on as you cant have the same account on two bits of software at the same time.

also see if Windows Messenger may sign in from IE Tools Windows Messenger and see if that signs in.

If you have been banned I very much doubt you will get a solution.

Why don't you email msn support and see if they can give you some answers, they will tell you if you have been banned or not!!
I live in my own little world, but it's ok as everyone knows me here :)

you could also give this a go

in order, Check the PCs clock is set at the correct time and zone, then reset the MSN password

also could a firewall be denying permission?.
