Managed to get through to a british voice!!!
He has told me that the e-shop is now cancelled and that I wont be charged for anything.
I still have the annoying box and the problem with my other website address though - sorry I can't post a screen shot because I dont want to advertise who I actually am, but it is similar to this:

I have tried deleting teh email address from my Account Settings, but every time I do it, Outlook just jams up and I have to turn my computer off...0
