What Condition Can I Expect A Refurbished Mobile To Be?

Had a brand new mobile in November (Second one due to fault with lst one) and this phone is broken as well.
I kicked up a fuss ove rthe 3+ weeks repair and hey are sending me a refurbished mobile in exchange.

IS this a good move?

What condition are they?

Comments

  • depends what company. tbh the refurb are good.. the casing is all new and evertything is newish. so it should newer than the other one you had.

in terms of fault, they should be checked and generally they are in working order. if not you can use this to your advantage by escalating it to a higher team..and you will prob get a better resolution to all this (new phone)

    hope this helps.

i had refurbs with virgin and vodafone, and both have been brilliant.
