This situation is not unusual for teacher's pay & is a complete pain. My worst experince was starting a new post one year in January and eventually getting paid in April.0

You obviously have a poor deal, my husband started work on 4th January and got paid yesterday! My company works the same, you get paid at the end of the month for that month worked. It was my understanding that most companies do this unless you are on a 'bank' contract.Life is like a box of chocolates..........you always seem to pick the hard ones!0
