    Hi Helena

    Thanks for your post.

You can follow the spaghetti of cables from the e10 meter to the main (relay?) box that powers the (fuse)? boxes for the "off peak" heating and water (these two actually have that written on them in permament marker.

The e10 is definatly a dial (cassette player) type. the e7 meter has a tag attached to say it was installed in 1999 - the e10 meter has a small certified sticker with 99 written on it (I guess this was probably installed at the same time.)

I have to take my children to nursary now, but I will try to take a photo or two for you and post them later (if I can fgiure out how).

    Thanks again
    Helen

The H98E meter is a radio telemeter from that number, the L99E meter sounds like a two-element meter looking at the read.

Does the cable on the right hand side of the L99E meter connect to the left hand side of the H98 meter? If it does then the read from the H98 meter should not be given, as it's only being used in lieu of a teleswitch to switch supplies on and off when your cheap rate kicks in.

I can't attach files only via a URL, The 2 meters appear to not be linked together in anyway.

Have emailed helena though WebForumAdvisors email as on your profile
