tmobile contract info

hi,

just wondered if this is right.

i have been with tmobile for around 3 years now i have 2 contract phones with them, both on a flext plan one ends in july 2010 the other oct 2010.
i have recently lost my job and wanted to down grade my allowance to lower my monthly cost even if it means starting another 18 month contract with them but i have been told that i can only increase my allowance thus costing more money.

is this true?

yes that would be the standard network response

You have a contract till July so they will insist you stick to it

T mobile will of course change your contract if they feel like it !

There is a hardship team in some mobile operators, but 99% of the time T-Mobile do not let you downgrade until the last month.
