Vodafone Contract Help!

Hi folks, I was just wondering if I could pick your brains over the following:

I started a new contract with Vodafone on a different price plan in July of last year, however they did not send me any new terms or conditions of the change of contract.

I now want to finish with Vodafone early so was wondering as I did not see or sign any new contract agreement would it be void and would I be able to be freed from my contract without having to pay any costs?

Not a hope. The T&C's are online.
By using the service provided by Voda you are deemed to have accepted them.
You only get a written contract these days if you request one (the old paperless office excuses).

Off topic - I asked for a written contract from orange twice, they refused to send me one. Did get T&C in the post though.
As above, nope you cant cancel will have come with the phone (by using this phone you are agreeing to the T&C of the service provided etc)
