OH, NO HE ISN'T! According to the OP they have already paid 6 months rent in advance up to the 24th of February.0

tenants have to pay their rent on the due date in cleared funds.... most tenants in my experience dont do that.. they will organised a standing order for rent day, but those funds dont clear the banking system for another 4-5 working days...
tenant_london - you are obligated to pay the rent by today in advance for the next month .... no, you are not entitled to an invoice, if you pay by standing order that is your receipt
You say something else whilst all the rest of the forum members in this topic clearly advised this to be done by next month?0 -
Clutton is very, very knowledgeable as s/he is an experienced professional landlord but in this instance I believe that s/he has skim-read and not paid attention to the dates covered by your 6 months in advance rent-payment dates.0

B&T - well spotted.. i did skim read and yes, you are right, OP does not need to pay until FEb... but as i say, it has to be in the LLs account by 25th;, so if you are setting up a standing order, ask for it to be on say 22nd of the month0
