Placed an order for 12 month SIM only £20pm deal which currently Quidco offer £100 cashback for. I have received my SIM but it hasnt tracked 4 days later

Might this be because i ported my number to Vodafone?

I have 7 days to cancel the contract but it is unlikely to track before then if ever.

Has anyone had any success getting quidco from vodafone?

I got the £10 a month sim deal from voda through quidco and got £60 cashback.
Tracked straight away and was paid a few months later.

The last Voda deal I took through Quidco took 2 YEARS to pay out, don't hold your breath. . .

Last two orders with Vodafone have not tracked either. I had to make a diary note to make an "Earnings Inquiry" three months after order (earliest you can do it). The first one then paid three months after the claim, for the second my three month wait to submit a claim is not up until late Feb.

A lot of people have been having problems with Vodafone for cashback claims with Quidco, I guess you will just have to wait and put an enquiry in.

thanks for the info. I now realise im not the only one.

Im worried down the line when i submit a claim that it will get rejected as the offer will have no doubt gone

I guess its the risk you have to take, if you are relying on the cashback being paid out maybe its best to cancel but you will lose your ported number.

People who ordered three months ago still have nothing tracked.

If it was 3 months ago make an Earnings Inquiry.

You put in an earnings inquiry, Quidco say, 'passed to merchant' and it stays like that forever (well 20 months).
Quidco will do no more.
Voda won't talk to you as the contract for the cashback is between them and Quidco, not you and Voda. . .

I'm not saying it doesn't, I've many inquiry resolved and payout. But with Voda it doesn't for every one.
