I phoned this morning, was going round in circles with the lady on the phone. She couldnt explain it and was blaming the bank too. I have written a complaint to the pretravel customer services, as it has left me with no cash in my account for at least 5 days! Its ridiculous!!

Lol this happened to me last year booking a holiday to DLP which was £1,500, it kept failing and I was getting the error message each time so was trying different cards.

When I realised money had gone from my accounts I properly freaked out! I rang DLP and spoke to a french man who explaining that there was no booking and that although few thousand pound had gone out of my bank and was showing as spent on different credit (i tried to book it about 6 times)it was just being held in a holding account, and after several days of waiting the money returned to my accounts- and phew I breathed a very big sigh of relief:j
