I have just tried to book it, and you actually get the option of taking the hotel off and just booking the flights for £67.02 for 2 people! but when i have tried to pay i get this

Check your bank account! I tried booking a few times last night and got the error message, then when I tried this morning, I got card declined. I know there was enough money in my account, and when I checked this morning on my way to work, my money had gone!! I rang the travel agent tonight and they said my booking did not reach the confirmation stage as my bank put my money into a 'holding account' but will be put back within 5 working days!! I didn't understand what she was saying, but she did say my holiday would not be confirmed. I feel angry and confused! She could not look into all the details as their system was down, and had been for the past hour and said that was why I got the error messages, but I had been trying to book 24 hours previously, she did not know if the system was down then or not.0 -
oh my god i hope not, just transferred all my money into my savings. That might cause a bank charge!!!0

oh my goodness they have done the same to me! taken the payment 3 times and left me with no money! had to transfer all my savings back to avoid bank charges, and they arent open either!!0

They told me they close at 8.00pm not 9.00pm as stated here. They're blaming the bank for the money going, but like I said earlier, I don't understand at all. I don't know if there is anything we can do to complain to anyone? Any help appreciated.0
