Sony Ericsson K800 on O2 deals

there should be no reason why u can't haggle the phone for free - remind them that if you sign up for a new deal you can get the k800 for free on any other network. also make sure it is a 12month contract for that deal - or you can get 750mins 750txts for £35 a month but you will have to commit to an 18month contract.0

If your minutes are XNET Anytime minutes and the contract is a 12 month one then I would say that it is a very fair deal.
If you can't squeeze the handset out of them for nowt, just treat it as if it's another £4-£5 on the tariff cost. That still doesn't make it expensive.
Basically any renewal deal where you could (in theory) sell the handset to more or less offset the cost of the contract over the minimum term is actually a good deal in my books and one worth considering given that you shouldn't have to worry about remembering to claim any cashback.

If that is a 12 month contract, x net mins, then it is a very good deal! Like Reestit says, you could sell the phone and get enough money to pay the line rental!** Mobile Phones.... I'm here to help **0

500 mins 500 texts at £20 per month and £49.99 for the SE K800.
Is this a good deal?
Did you quote a deal to retentions when yoppu got his offered? I have been an online customer for 2-3 eyars now and last eyar I got a similar deal but when calling them they would not match it again....I also sent them a stinking letter about how bad a service I'd received over the last year and asked them to calm me by matching it and have heard nothing.0
