Members list all messed up

The members list at the bottom of the index list is all mixed up. All the names are out of alphabetical order now and I can't spot peeps who are on :rotfl:

Is it just a temporary glitch??

Its not a glitch as such, we have set it such because sorting the list everytime takes resources. we are currently looking to see whether leaving them as random helps speed up the site.

Well what do you think ? I personally dont think keeping then random has helped, the sites still going slow and it takes ages to find someone.
