cancelling mobiles.com insurance and talk me through it with O2
Hi folks,
I bought my phone with O2 through mobiles.com and it came free with 1 month's insurance (£15pcm then on) and one month's free "Talk Me Through It" (costs from then on)
If you did the same thing and now want to cancel it, here is the email that mobiles.com sent:
"To cancel your Gadget Phone Support (TMTI) or your Phone Care Insurance, you need to contact them on the numbers below and they will cancel these policies for you.
You will need your order details and full name and postcode so they can locate your policy.
TMTI – 0870 429 6091
Phone Care Insurance – 0870 111 7002 "
you also need your policy number/original phone number (ie not your ported one) and the numbers saynoto0870 brought up are:
TMTI - 08000493049
Phone Ins - 02087538111
The 0800 0493049 number just took me back to the same insurance company though, and they put me through, so you can probably just ask to be put through to TMTI from either number.
Hope that helps someone!

Thanks, but I already did it on the 0208 number and it didn't cost me 20p per minute, I cancelled the TMTI on the 0800 number, they put me through. All done and didn't cost me a penny in phone bills.MF date: Dec [STRIKE]2028[/STRIKE] 2019. Overpayments in 2007=£900, 2008=£1200 2009=234000
