I agree. There is one interesting little issue though. Summer agreement was signed not dated. It could cause trouble if it comes back on the table. But if it does, the deposit should be protected and if the deposit is not protected, then there are grounds to claim 3 times deposit and a section 21 notice can only be invalid.PasturesNew wrote: »Speak to Shelter etc as others have suggested. Your situation is far too complex for a forum, especially as you keep adding in more complications to the matter.
digitaly, you need to get professional help, no doubt - from people who know their stuff. And you really need to get your explanations a lot clearer to get good help.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. How can I make it more clear? I know I'm straggling to make as clear as possible...
I have problems to make my self understand in other thematic forums My apologies.
shall I start over again?0 -
Hi
You need to speak to shelter or a lawyer because you are both tenant and landlord/had lodgers, may or may not have deposit secured and lot so other things.
You can only get proper advice from someone who can see ALL the documentation and ask questions about them.
If you can get to shelter, CAb or if there is a local housing advive office, get yourself and all the documents there. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
My agent is failing to provide me with the land lord address and phone number. He said that he has sent my email to land lord asking for to get in touch with me ... He always tried to avoid me to contact the land lord!!! that smells...0

Your letting agent is legally obliged to provide you with the landlord's contact address and it should be on your rental agreement as well.
You can look up the property on the Land Registry website and get their address for payment of £40 -
I don't need the land lord address as I do have it on the environmental report that I received from the Environmental Office (he doesn't know that). But today I've tried once again to ask the agent, and once again has made that difficult. I'm going to wait till he give me those contacts! because if doesn't then mean that there is something that he doesn't want to both know! I think he has 21 days to comply with my request!!! but it has been advice to another user in another forum to request it on recorded delivery. I have asked him by email to he's personal company email would that cover me?
My agency is so dodgy! they even changed the name to my branch recently because they have lost lots of landlords contacts (he has blamed the stuff when I asked him)0 -
Sorry my accent again. I meant that I hold some strong technical knowledge and I often help people to get the PC and other electronics to work.Jowo + others
I do help other people in other forums on what I got on my knowledge. But I'm learning all this the hard way (unfortunately for me).
But I'm learning all those legal papers on my skin!!! I can probably pass some law exams by the time I sort this one out. I wish I was a lawyer now.0 -
