  • Morning!

Well, after an OU day school on Saturday, I ended up going out for the first time in 18 months - to a roller disco club, of all things! I managed to sort of shuffle around, only fell over once and spent next to nothing - other than the cab fare home, which was extortionate, but all designed for maximum safety through the club concerned, so I can't complain as I wasn't prepared to try and catch a night bus.

DD1 was in charge of DD2. In the morning, she took her to the optician for her eye test. No specs needed. In the afternoon, she managed to get to the only branch of their bank in the town which was open on Saturdays, only to be told that under 18's are not allowed to withdraw money from their savings accounts at weekends. Bearing in mind all their other branches close at 3.30 during the week, DD1 explained this and politely asked what the procedure was for closing all accounts immediately. They got their money and went to the hairdressers for a lovely long layered cut each.

When I got home after the club, found they had left me two slices of pizza that they had ordered without telling me, but it was their money, so I won't complain!

So, after snoring until 10.30am, I thought I had better do something.

    And blitzed the whole place.

    Monday ALL DONE
