On the smear subject can I ask any of you who have a spare minute to go on the number 10 petition site and sign the petition to lower the age to 20 from 25? Cervical cancer is the biggest cancer-killer in women aged 20-29, but my friends and I can't go for a smear for another 5 years.

Done..... and for anyone else who wants to, HERE is the link.

Flying I have decluttered the notes which were all over the desk back into their file and pout them away, started the bathroom and put away the washing up.

    Love to everyone

THanks for this. I tried to get my doctor to give me a smear at 23 as my Mum has had CC and also I had a lump on my cervix (which turned out to be fine). Even though he wrote to whoever was in charge in our area I was told there's no way they'll do it until I'm 25. Ridiculous! I think high risk people at elast should be given one early....
link in case anyone can't find it

Flying - Bedding is now in TD, kitchen tidy, toilet about to be cleaned, best mate decluttered to the doctors (if I don't insist she doesn't go!) for more gyno related stuff. About to go get kids from preschool...

  • Hiya all, haven't quite got round to doing any flying yet - haven't got round to doing anything yet - grrrrr. One of our holiday home owners have come to pack up all their things and I didn't know they were coming. I had loads of things planned to do but can't really leave the site now. The poor lady was very distressed so don't want to leave in case they need me. Don't really want to get too stuck into the bathroom cleaning in case they come to my door and i'm stood in my yellow gloves. I'll have to continue browsing on here won't I?
