Not much flying done yesterday since last post – but spent a frustrating 4 hours trying to get friends desktop working yesterday. At least it is now coming on but need to go again today to set up internet connection – been googling for my life

Will get the bathroom done but cant guarantee it will be today. Seem to be stuck to the sofa at the moment watching the tennis :D Somebody else asked this (cant remember who) but how DO you get behind the radiators and also down the middle of them. Have tried with vacuum attachments but doesn’t lift the dust out

Jinky – Please stay on this thread and ditch the others if you have to. You have many friends on here that think so much of you :A
Natty – Hope you will be feeling 100% soon
Kazwookie – Be brilliant if you can work out the missing link. Good luck with that
Embb – Hope Lilycat turns up
Lamewolf – Glad everything went well for you but smear tests are important
Charjoelily and Hex – Hugs for both of you
Pigpen – Hope you are feeling better today
Boddy – What nightmare neighbours – is a catch up sleep out of the question?
Mrs.Chaos and Intastella – Hugs as you sound like you need them. Hope all ok
Rosepink – Vibes for your friend and hope you feel better
Valli – Lol at your story but ........stress to all the importance of smears. I had follow up treatment some years ago and am so glad it was discovered in time.
Mumof2 – Dont you give in!!!
    Soappie – Hope Gordon satisfied
BenW – Hope all will be ok with your Mum
LadyL, Diva and Toots – Special hugs to the three of you

Welcome to all newcomers and sorry to anybody I have missed

Morning everyone! Just popping head round door to wave hello! Thursday's my manically busy day. Tonight we're putting on a talent show with all monies raised going to Save the Children for Haiti - wish us luck!

Have done meal planning for next week
Cars in garage - £170 :-( (£20 over budgeted amount)

See you much later tonight but there won't be any flying except S&S in a dash.

PS - Megga hugs being sent around after last nights nonsense, but an extra massively big hug and thanks to LL who with humbling words has encouraged me to book the overdue smear test.
  • Hiii everyone
Firstly superhuge hugs to Jinks, Diva, Penpen, and everyone who needs one (sorry I know i've forgotten people. You are all part of the family here and we love you.

Exam went okay, one of the topics i'd concentrated on came up which was good.

On the smear subject can I ask any of you who have a spare minute to go on the number 10 petition site and sign the petition to lower the age to 20 from 25? Cervical cancer is the biggest cancer-killer in women aged 20-29, but my friends and I can't go for a smear for another 5 years.

Flying I have decluttered the notes which were all over the desk back into their file and pout them away, started the bathroom and put away the washing up.

    Love to everyone
